The heat controller is under the handles,and it is very hard to control it,hence it is not user-friendly at all.



















This is a good brush as it have a handler and it is easier to use.

Design Apreciation

I think this a good design because it is a nice looking and it shows us how much battery power we have left ,so we can know when it is time to get spare batteries in case.

Source of bad picture

This is definitely a bad design,because it is dangerous injured we get seriously hurt if we are not careful enough as there is no handle or whatsoever to prevent from falling.It is not user friendly although it is quite nice-looking.

Shape Borrowing

Shape borrowing is basically borrowing the shapes of any object to create something else. By borrowing different shapes ,we can get inspiration on what to design and we can modify it to make it both nice -looking and workable.We can generate ideas with different  shapes by observing our surrounding.We can borrow shapes of almost anything ,we can borrow the shape of fruits ,animals and plants ....etc.Shape borrowing really help us improve our design.

Scamper which means
S : Substitute
C : Combine
A : Adapt
M : Modify
P : Put to other uses
E : Eliminate
R : Rearrange  or reverse

would help us a lot in in improving our design for the better or combining to design together.We can apply SCAMPER when designing anything.We can use SCAMPER after using shape borrowing too!It help me brainstorm different ideas and identify which is the best as we can combine ,substitute modify eliminate ,rearrange the design to make it more nicer and useful.

Story boarding

1.What is a story board?
Storyboards are graphic organisers such as a series of images displayed in sequence for the purpose of visualizing a motion picture, animation etc....It is also like a draft or a mind map of what you are going to do.
2.How to create a storyboard?
Go to pages and click miscellaneous then under miscellaneous click story board layout.We also can draw out our storyboard on a piece of paper and draw pictures

3.When or where is story boarding useful?
It's a very useful tool for getting students to plan and visualize their ideas and to ensure that they do make use of a variety of shots and angles.

These 3 steps have indeed helped me in sketching my design.It help me brainstorm different types of ideas and see which is the best.I also use SCAMPER to modify ,combine etc..my ideas.
